A quick history 
 
 
How and why I got into "Private Money" or "Hard Money" lending and why I want to teach you this exciting and profitable part of lending. 
 
 

My name is Bill Jones and I started in the Mortgage business in 1991.  Back then there were not a lot of "Mortgage Brokers."  Most of the loans being made were through banks.  Boy, were they some wild times!  I started to go to my customers homes and they could not believe that a loan officer would go to their home to get the loan application and documents.  Business was real good.  In 1993 I got my first taste of "Hard Money" lending.  There was a guy I knew that bought discounted notes. 

You have to remember, we did not have the mortgage products that we have today.  I had a borrower who did not fit any program.  I cannot remember the full details (there have been so many since) but I really wanted to help this guy.  One day I was talking to the note buyer and I mentioned this loan.  He said, "tell me about it".  Well, we drove by the house and I told him the details of the loan and he said "I'll lend the money".  I called the borrower and said I had a loan placed for him but it was going to be pretty expensive and short term.  He said "I don't care because in 14 months my situation is going to change".  Well, we went to doc's, closed the loan and I collected a big check.  I have been doing this ever since.

I have decided to teach what I know.  I will make some money off it, sure, but we can have Loan officers and Brokers all over the country doing "Private Investor" loans and helping each other.  In a very short time you will be getting loan requests that are out of your area.  You will be able to co-broker your out of  area "Private Investor" loans with other people who have bought the book!  When you e-mail me with a private investor loan request that is out of your area, I will send you the contact numbers of a loan officer that has bought the book and is in the area of your loan request.  You can co-broker with them!  Co-brokering loans is fully explained, with the forms to use, in the program.  This is just one added bonus for buying the program, not to mention all the money you are going to make.

Plus, I have seen how other private money lenders do business.  Most of them are real haphazard in the way they do private money loans.  Over the years I have developed a system that just explodes my investor list and has borrowers calling all the time.  My program is complete and real easy to use.  I get comments from investors all the time about how nice it is to do business with me.  They are my life blood and I protect them to the extreme.  You will learn all this and more with this program.
